Please note that the possession cases which were listed before the County Registrar sitting at Nenagh and Clonmel during the month of February 2021 have now all been adjourned to the court sittings in June 2021. The lists are adjourned as follows:
Possession list - Nenagh Courthouse at 2pm Monday 1st February 2021 is now adjourned to 2pm on Monday 21st June 2021 at Nenagh Courthouse
Possession list - Clonmel Courthouse at 2pm on Monday 8th February 2021 is now adjourned to 2pm on Monday 14th June 2021 at Clonmel Courthouse
Possession list - Nenagh Courthouse at 2pm on Monday 15th February 2021 is now adjourned to 2pm on Monday 5th July 2021 at Nenagh Courthouse.
Possession list - Clonmel Courthouse at 2pm on Monday 22nd February 2021 is now adjourned to 2pm on Monday 28th June 2021 at Clonmel Courthouse.
If any of the possession cases in the above lists have been resolved/concluded, the plaintiff solicitor should email me at jamesseymour@courts.ie and I will make the necessary order now either adjourning the matter generally or striking out the proceedings (thus dispensing with the need for the parties to appear in court).
